ustralian Men’s 7 Head Coach and Karma Group Sports Luminary, Tim Walsh, shares a seven minute work-out for strength training, cardio and all-over fitness, as well as his wellness tips for nutrition, sleep and healthy living. Tim is a former professional player and previous head coach of the Australian women’s sevens team which won the Olympic gold medal in 2016.

YOUR SEVEN MINUTE WORKOUT

  • 30 seconds squats
  • 30 seconds wide push-ups
  • 30 seconds sit ups
  • 30 seconds 5, 10 and 15m shuttle runs
  • 30 seconds tennis ball catch
  • 30 seconds lunges
  • 30 seconds push ups
  • 30 seconds sit-ups
  • 30 seconds 5, 10 and 15m shuttle runs
  • 30 seconds tennis ball catch
  • 30 seconds jump squats
  • 30 seconds push up with clap
